Answers to the questions guests ask us most often — about booking, pricing, and what to expect on the day.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I book on the same day?
Same-day booking is possible if a driver is available, but we recommend at least 24 hours’ notice — especially for popular routes like Sekumpul & Banyumala Waterfall Trek, which need an early start.
How do I book — do you have an online booking system?
Booking is done directly via WhatsApp. Tap the “Book via WhatsApp” button on any package page, tell us your preferred date and number of people, and we’ll confirm availability and pickup details directly in the chat.
What's included in the price — is it per person or per car?
All our prices are per car, not per person, and include a private air-conditioned vehicle and an English-speaking driver. Entrance fees, local guides required at specific sites (like Sekumpul), and meals are paid separately, on-site — this is listed clearly under “What’s not included” on each package page.
How many people fit in one car?
Our standard vehicle comfortably fits up to 4-5 people plus luggage. If your group is larger, let us know when booking and we’ll arrange a bigger vehicle.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes, all our drivers speak conversational English and are familiar with the story and background of each stop — it’s not just a ride, they can answer questions about the places you visit.
What's the cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. For cancellations within 24 hours, please contact us directly on WhatsApp — we handle these case by case, especially for weather-related changes.
Is it safe to visit the waterfalls with young children?
It depends on the package. Munduk Waterfalls & Lake Tamblingan and Twin Lakes & Ulun Danu Temple Tour are easy, family-friendly walks. Sekumpul & Banyumala Waterfall Trek and Aling-Aling Waterfall Sliding & Jumping Adventure involve steeper trails and are better suited to older children and adults.
What should I bring on a waterfall trekking day?
Comfortable walking shoes you don’t mind getting wet, a swimsuit, a change of clothes, and a dry bag or waterproof phone case. We cover this in more detail in our packing guide on the blog.
What's the best time of year to visit Munduk?
Dry season (April to October) gives the most reliable weather and safer trekking conditions. We’ve written a full season-by-season breakdown if you want to plan around waterfall water levels and crowd sizes.
Can you combine multiple tour packages into one day, or across several days?
Yes — many guests combine two half-day packages (like Coffee & Clove Gardens and Twin Lakes & Ulun Danu Temple Tour) into one full day, or spread packages across a multi-day stay in Munduk. You can also book our Custom Driver Tour and we’ll build the itinerary around what you want to see.
Do you offer airport pickup or transfers to other parts of Bali?
Yes. See Munduk to Ngurah Rai Airport Transfer, Munduk to Ubud Transfer, and Munduk to Lovina Transfer for direct point-to-point options.
